These Terms govern use of our website and public-facing platform. Your Service Agreement governs the delivery of managed services.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and organisations, not consumers. By using our services you represent that you are acting on behalf of a legal entity and have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our clients.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform.
• Use our services to transmit malware or malicious content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website are the property of WorkHorse Technology or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged in connection with the services. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

Our website and free resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Managed services are governed by the warranties and SLAs in your Service Agreement, which supersede this section.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoundBytes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed €100.

Liability for managed services is governed by your Service Agreement.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their policies independently.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
